The hotel was closed and condemned. I’ve been trying to call for a reimbursement. We had to drive straight through and that was a 12-hour drive from NC to Florida. If someone could contact me, I would greatly appreciate it.

The location and the rate was in line with expectations. The owner and operator were great and was very honest that the hotel is under their new management. We were less critical since this property is in the midst of a major renovation. I am sure within time, he will address some of the deficiencies. It takes time. It check all the boxes that me and my family needed for an overnight stay. Cant wait to see the future changes, I am sure it will be great!
